Strava Segment Title: eL Torrito - 1Seg A Day Challenge - TW.Sprint9
Day 9: Today’s segment was a tough uphill battle for me due to the wind constantly changing direction and the humidity. It felt like I couldn't adjust to the heat and wind but I tried my best to get a good time for the segment.
I feel that I am not getting the recovery I need each day on these rides. Do you have a routine or ritual that you use to recover? Let me know what you do in recovery because I am in desperate need of knowledge regarding recovery. I dont feel like my body is getting the recovery it needs each day.
